- Create social media employee policy/guidelines for HR
- Developed business-to-client contact for sales team
- Oversaw presence in social, professional, and community networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogger, LinkedIn Groups, StumbleUpon, Quora, Pinterest other media outlets
