Infographic Friday: The US Open on Social Media

Friday seems like a good time to share a new sports business infographic – perhaps this can become a regular Friday occurrence. Check out this great U.S. Open Social Media recap, created by Synthesio (originally published at MediaBistro’s All Twitter).

It’s interesting to see how Nadal landed in the top 3 for both positive and negative mentions, and that Venus Williams only made it to the 2nd round but still ended up #3 on the women’s side for social mentions. Nice job by Heineken driving the most sponsor-connected messages, more than double what IBM saw.
