All are great points and it makes me realize how often customer service departments at huge organizations are completely alienating their non-tech savvy customers. I often see commercials or product packaging with only an email address/website as contact info. Imagine the frustration for a “digital immigrant” when he/she is having problems with a product/service and can’t even get proper support.
