I was shown this site by Sam over at Vayner… and we could talk a lot about the game itself last night, but I do agree wit you about the business… if you have the technology and the sport as a whole embraces it, why keep this one area, getting calls in the field of play correct, free of technology?!

I work in tennis and it was a huge fight to officially embrace replays, but it works. It gets calls right and hardly ever slows play down at all. It’s been a plus for the fans and at the Grand Slams, the instant replays have an official sponsor! And the fans at the events love the entertainment value of a replay.

Anyway… thanks for the post. I hope baseball will embrace the technology.
