I am a big fan of Pat Coyles Sportmarketing20.com, that's why I use the hashtag #sports20 for my tweets in English concerning sports 2.0
Check that hashtag, check the twitterbox on www.sportsmarketing20.com or check my Tweets on www.twitter.com/gijsbregt

On Twitter I like @khuda1 the best
SponsorPitch & IEG do a great job on Twitter and their blogs, although I don't like IEG putting their sponsorship news behind a paid wall.

Best Sports Business Tweeter: @bizballmaury Maury Brown is for my money the best in "The Game" at breaking down the business side of the game so Sports Radio types like me, who don't know anything about business, can sound like we do.

Vote Maury!

Quick story regarding www.partnershipactivation.com - Over a year ago, a colleague of mine complained that one of his favorite sportsbiz websites was down. He claimed he had been using it for nearly all of his recent client projects and it was a great archive of relevant sponsorship info. Direct quote - "Just when I find a great sponsor web source, the web site goes down..." The problem - Brian Gainor had to briefly change his website's domain name from partnershipactivation.com to partnershipactivation.net. I quickly told my colleague where he could find the site.

With all due respect to the other nominees, whom I follow on twitter and read regularly. I would vote for Partnership Activation and Brian Gainor to win the "Best Business Sports Blog" and "People's Choice" Awards.

Darren definitely provides a great deal of content through Twitter. It's one of the reasons that he's in the People's Choice category. I tried to make sure that no one was in more than 2 categories (he's in Blog and People's Choice). Same reason why Brian Gainor and Lewis Howes aren't in the Twitter category either.

Best Sports Business Twitter Account - is missing Darren Rovell - hands down provides more true "sports business" information/news/insight than all other nominees combined. Not sure on the thinking there.
