Thanks for the kind words.  I have seen the &quot;member&quot; approach in Europe as well. I think that term does carry more value than &quot;subscriber&quot; does. I think most US consumers are just used to the idea of season tickets and being a season ticket holder.

Your tweet on the term &quot;subscriber&quot; was interesting. I&#039;m currently in Australia and season ticket holders/subscribers down here are refered to as members and you purchase a membership to the club/team. Certainly the term member evokes a larger sense of commitment and ownership.
