		<description>He has never been or ever will be the type of player that a pure soccer fan wants to see a lot of. His skill set is one dimensional and really not very exciting unless he hits a free kick in the upper 90 from 40 yards. If his appeal was supposed to win over American football fans, then it shows the disconnect between the soccer minority and the American majority. A non soccer fan is going to be more enthralled with a Cristiano Ronaldo, Ronaldinho or a Pele&#039;, not an average midfielder with set piece specialties. Not to say he is without talent, but it&#039;s not the kind of flare the average American is going to stop and say, &quot;this is something I want to see more of&quot;.</description>
