		<description>I agree that there are many more implications to this deal, but the common thread is the power that this new entity would have across all aspects of entertainment events.  This power would definitely have implications for sports venues and teams as well.</description>

		<description>The business implications are more complex, but as a consumer who ticketmaster wanted me to pay $8 in fees per ticket for $10 tickets seeing ticketmaster get any more power is not something that makes me happy.</description>
